Since people are going back to work and others are beginning to mingle, the intent of this paper is to suggest some possible holistic approaches that might readily and successfully fight this virus in a manner that allows each individual to take personal responsibility for their own health.   This could end the pandemic and provide a safe way people can return to work.

Vitamins and Supplements

​This is an area we each need to understand better.  Vitamins, minerals and supplements provide foundations of health.  Magnesium is a complex nutrient of which few experts understand.  This paper provides some key information in this area.
